How ToUpload Documents

Add important documents to your property website to allow site visitors to download.

GETTING STARTED


First head to the Docs & Floorplans section of the Property Editor


To get started adding documents to your property website, you can simply drag and drop the files from your computer into the upload block or click the Add Files  button. Allowed file types include txt pdf doc xls xlsx ppt zip jpg jpeg png tiff docx pptx.

The files will begin to upload automatically once you've dragged them into the box or selected them from the browser.



Once the files have uploaded, they will appear below the upload form. This view includes how many people have downloaded this file.



Click the Edit button to the right of the document to edit the details. You can change the title, which is what users see when the file is visible to download, the document category is just for your organization, and whether or not this file should be visible on your property website.


DOCUMENT VISIBILITY


Unchecking the Visible option in the form will hide the document from the property website.





UNBRANDED DOCUMENTS


By default, documents are hidden on the unbranded version of the website. To show a document on the unbranded property website, just check the Show on Unbranded Site option in the editor form.

To delete the file, click the delete button at the bottom-right corner of the form.
