How ToEmbed 3D Tours
3D tours provide an inside look into your listing and are a great way to boost engagement. Rela makes it easy to incorporate 3D tours into your single property website.
GETTING STARTED
To get started with adding 3D tours to your property website, click the Videos & 3D Tours link in the Property Edit menu. Next, click the 3D Tours tab in the upper toolbar:
ADDING A 3D TOUR
To add a virtual 3D tour to your property website, simply click the "Add Virtual Tour" button and paste the URL where it says Virtual Tour URL. You can also give this 3D tour a title that will show when viewing the property website. Next, click Upload Tour.
After the 3D tour has been uploaded, you can preview by clicking the play button on the cover image or delete it by clicking the trash can in the top-right corner.
BRANDED & UNBRANDED
You'll want to set the visibility of the tour. The 3D tour can be displayed on only the Branded website, Unbranded website, or Both. You can also mark the 3D tour as Hidden which will hide the tour from your website while still allowing access to it if logged in.
You can upload as many 3D tours as you like and designate them for the branded website, unbranded website, or both.
SUPPORTED TOUR PROVIDERS
Rela supports most 3D tour providers, but if you an error message that says the provider is not accepted, you can reach out to our support staff to see if it can be added. Only providers that support secure SSL (https) connections are allowed.
If you don't have a 3D tour provider yet, Matterport and iGuide are great options to consider.
