How ToCreate a Flyer or Brochure for your Listing
Rela's Flyer and Brochure creator is an powerful tool that allows you to create custom flyers, brochures, postcards, social media posts, and sign riders.
Creating brochures with Rela is quick and easy. From the Property Editor menu, click on the Brochures link:
GETTING STARTED
Once you've made it to the Brochures dashboard, click a style category to view the available templates. Once you've found a template you like, click the dropdown icon and choose Create from Template.
After you've selected the template you want to use, you'll be directed to the document editor. The initial view will show you all of the pages that have been created.
Rela will automatically replace images, property details, and contact information with the information that specific to your listing. To start customizing your document, just click on any of the pages shown in this view.
You can also change the order of the pages by dragging-and-dropping the a page into position.
ADDING ELEMENTS
You can add any additional elements to your document as needed. Use the toolbar to the left to add text, images, icons & shapes, listing agent details, and logos:
RESIZING ELEMENTS
To resize any element on in the brochure, left click on the element, and use the drag handles to size:
CHANGING TEXT
Simply click on any text area, and start typing. You can change the font, size, line-height, color, and style for any text.
CHANGING IMAGES
Click on any image, and choose from the options in the toolbar.
CROPPING IMAGES
Click on the image you'd like to crop and size. From the toolbar select proper tool , you can resize the image by using the corner sliders and then position the image with your mouse within the frame. When finished, click on the confirm button.
